This is just a fantastic video of this Vietnam Airlines liveried Boeing 787-9 - showing you just how capable this aircraft is!



The take-off (with that camera angle) looks amazing.


We saw the Farnborough air display by the B787 and it certainly shows what Boeing put these airliners through before they are released. 





If you aren't at the Paris Air Show - this is what you are missing but you won't see the 787-9 like this!

Tropical Storm Carlos Strengthening Off the Mexican Pacific Coast; Forecast to Become a Hurricane

Highlights:


Tropical Storm Carlos is spinning about 145 miles south of Acapulco, Mexico.

A tropical storm watch is in effect for the Pacific coast of Mexico from Acapulco to Punta San Telmo.

Carlos was named Thursday morning after first forming as Tropical Depression Three-E on Wednesday afternoon.

Carlos is forecast to strengthen a bit more. It could become a Category 1 hurricane this weekend.


This system is currently moving very slowly and will continue its slow movement into Sunday, then move northwest roughly parallel to the coast into early next week.

Rainbands are beginning to spread over portions of the southern coast of Mexico. While the center will likely remain offshore, Carlos is close enough to bring periods of heavy rainfall to much of the Mexican Riviera at times through this weekend.

Sitting all day is terrible for you. So terrible, recent studies have found, that regular exercise isn't enough to counteract its many harms.



So what's someone with an office job to do?





As it turns out, you may not have to do much. Even a standing desk is likely not required.



Instead, simply make sure you're moving for at least a couple of minutes every hour.




Walking is best, but just getting up to stand and stretch is better than staying put, at least according to two newstudies. If you work the standard 9-to-5 schedule, one study suggests that all it takes is a total of roughly 16 minutes of extra movement (in addition, of course, to the walking you already do) each day.
